We’re bringing services together based on people’s needs and where they live. We’re doing this through three ‘Delivery Alliances’.

The Living Well Network is making it easier for people to get help with their mental health needs. It already supports hundreds of people every month.

The Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance (NWDA) are working with Age UK Lambeth and Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital to reach more residents, break down barriers in accessing healthcare, and ensure all communities can age well.
In a series of events between March and June 2025 attendees were offered a holistic health assessment to support them to stay healthy and independent with age.

On 7 and 8 June 2025, Lambeth Together brought health and wellbeing services directly to the heart of the community at the Lambeth Country Show in Brockwell Park. As part of this much-loved annual event, the team engaged with local residents, offering free health checks, expert advice, and practical resources to support healthier living.

Over the past eight months, a series of inspiring cancer awareness events have been making a real impact in tackling health inequalities across Lambeth. The events were organised by social prescribing link workers from Lambeth’s Primary Care Networks, and with thanks to funding from Lambeth Together’s Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance and the South East London Cancer Alliance.
