Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance report reflects on key achievements in 2024

The Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance is pleased to publish its latest progress report. Looking back over 2024, it showcases the collaborative efforts of partners across social care, NHS, and voluntary & community sector to improve the health and wellbeing of residents in Lambeth. The report provides an overview of the partnership projects aimed at improving residents experience of health and care, as well as reducing health inequalities.

This year’s report highlights several key projects making an impact on resident’s lives, which include how we’ve worked with communities. This includes arranging community events and networks to support people in Lambeth, such as working with community physios to help people with musculoskeletal health and providing targeted support to improve cancer screening. We’ve continued with the development of delivering our hospital @home service so that residents are cared for in the place they call home. And we’ve also started our integrated neighbourhood teams approach to bring together our  services in the communities they serve.

Josepha Reynolds, Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance Director said: “The Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance is committed to continuing our work to address health inequalities in Lambeth and ensure residents receive the care that they need, in the place that suits them best.

“The insights and impact in this year’s report help us reflect on how we can deliver more inclusive services which are coordinated across different partners in the health and care system. We look forward to continuing to do more work together in the future!”
