Making Lambeth a digitally inclusive borough

You’re invited to join Lambeth Council on 18 November for an interactive evening of networking and conversation on how businesses and community groups can work together to make Lambeth a digitally inclusive borough.

Lambeth Council are pleased to announce Rachel Coldicutt OBE as the keynote speaker for the event. Rachel is the former Chief Executive Officer of Doteveryone, a UK-based responsible technology think tank and a non-exec board member of Ofcom. You’ll also have the opportunity to hear from experts and business leaders in digital inclusion including, Hubbub, Millennium Community Services, Community Fibre, Homes for Lambeth and others.

The event will be an opportunity to meet the digital Inclusion Network; a group of social innovators and community groups working to promote digital inclusion across the borough. It will also be an opportunity to connect and collaborate with charities and businesses like yours on projects that will create a demonstrable impact in the borough.

Leading businesses will be presenting on their experience and success in community engagement, providing useful tips on how to ensure responsible business means better business for you and your organisation.

10% of Lambeth residents are excluded from the digital world, having a massive impact on their lives.  Lambeth Council believe in the power of collaboration and know that businesses alongside our communities can be a force for good across Lambeth.
