Josepha Reynolds

Josepha joined Lambeth Together in 2023 as the Programme Director for the Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance (NWDA). The NWDA brings together health and care partners to think about how to provide better support for adults living in Lambeth. The NWDA wants to provide more services in local communities, and prevent inequalities occurring in people accessing the support they need.

Josepha started her career in the local government graduate scheme at Lambeth Council, grew up in the borough and still lives here now, so has a long history of working with our Lambeth partners and residents. Between her Lambeth roles, she has worked across other south east London boroughs in joint commissioning roles and other partnership roles, and worked as a consultant for IMPOWER.

Josepha is also undertaking a doctorate in social work alongside her Lambeth Together role. Her research focuses on how health and social care integration impacts on people working in the system and the outcomes for local residents.
