Cabinet Member for Healthier Communities (job-share)

Tim has been a Councillor in Clapham since 2018. He is currently the Cabinet Member for Healthier Communities (job-share) with Cllr Jacqui Dyer. In this role he provides political direction at the Council on matters including adult social care, prevention and sanctuary services.

Tim works closely with both NHS and Lambeth colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach to delivering for Lambeth residents. This includes a particular focus on strategies for specific groups including the Ageing Friendly Strategy and the Lambeth Borough of Sanctuary Strategy. He has previously worked in the charity and pharmaceutical sectors, lobbying Government to improve patient care.

Tim works at NHS England, rolling out lung cancer screening around the country. He also sits on the Board of Homes for Lambeth and has previous experience as Cabinet Member for Housing at Lambeth Council.
