Who are we?
Lambeth Together is a collaboration between those who have a major role to play in our services and local people. The groups involved are: Lambeth Patient Participation Group Network, Lambeth Council, Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, Healthwatch Lambeth, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Lambeth Practices and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

We collect information about you to process your request such as updating you on Lambeth Together general activities; letting you know about ways to participate; and/ or inviting and reminding you about events.
Who has access to your information?
As we are a collaboration of organisations, all the organisations involved in Lambeth Together may have access to the information we collect from you.
We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other organisations or companies. We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.
