Contact your GP online for free, anywhere and anytime you have access to the internet to book appointments, let practice staff know about any symptoms you’re having, ask a question, for yourself or for someone you care for.

If you are unsure which online consultation tool your GP surgery uses, give them a call or visit their website to find out.  Follow the below steps to find their website:

  1. Go to find your GP surgery
  2. Enter your postcode
  3. Select the practice you are registered with
  4. You will be taken to their website

Once you know which tool your GP Practice uses, you can use the ‘how to’ videos and guides to get you started.

Remember: if you find it difficult to complete the online form or you do not want to use it, you can still call or visit your GP Surgery directly.
