In the last year the NWDA have continued to make great progress against many of our priorities, which have helped to improve the health and care that residents in Lambeth receive. This has happened despite the impact of the cost of living crisis, as well as significant pressure and demand on health and care services. We’re very proud of all the work that the Alliance has achieved, and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone we’ve worked with over the past year to make this happen.
We’ve been listening to the needs of our residents, and collaborating with voluntary, community, faith based and social organisations so that we’re able to reach our communities in Lambeth. We’re committed to doing more of this in the next year so that we can deliver services that better meet the needs of our local people. Thank you to those who have continued to work with us, including our social prescribing link workers and health champions, and all the residents who have continued to give us feedback, challenge us and help us develop ideas.
By working with our partners to direct resources to where they are most needed, we’ve been able to provide more accessible and effective services. We’d like to thank all of our partners for their continued dedication to working with us. We look forward to next year – where we’ll be looking to work better together in local neighbourhoods, and in close partnership with our residents.
