Online and video consultations allow you fast and easy access to your GP surgery to skip the queue and avoid waiting on the phone queuing system. You can contact your GP for free, anywhere and anytime you have access to the internet, quickly and safely.

You are able to let practice staff know about any symptoms you’re having, ask a question, or follow up about something. This could be for yourself or for someone you care for.Ā  You can also speak to a doctor or healthcare professional using the video camera on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Your GP Practice may have asked you to register for Patient Access or the NHS App so you can do things like Book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and discover local health services for you or your family using your mobile, tablet or computer.
