  1. Jane Stopher has been appointed as our new Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Programme Director.

    Jane’s role will be to develop local partnerships in preparation for the launch of our second Lambeth Together Alliance – the Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Alliance.

    Jane has extensive experience of leading cross-organisational change, most recently as Chair of North Lambeth Local Care Network (and part of the Lambeth Together team), within the GSTT Adult Local Services Programme and previously as Director of the Diabetes Modernisation Initiative.

  2. In Lambeth and Southwark we are working to put patients truly at the centre of the care they receive. On 25 January 2019 at the Kia Oval, over 50 health, social care and voluntary community sector organisation professionals from across the borough came together to celebrate the success of the Coordinated Care Multidisciplinary Training Programme.
