  2. A new breast screening video has been launched to help save lives in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. It features patients and staff from King’s College Hospital has been launched to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

    The video features a diverse array of patients from south-east London – some from groups with traditionally low take-up of screening invitations – talking about their experiences of having a mammogram.

  3. Lambeth’s new All Age Autism Strategy 2024 to 2027, sets out seven key priorities to make our borough a better place for autistic people.

    Lambeth Council has set out its new approach to supporting autistic people of all ages and their families, and emphasises on the importance of understanding, acceptance and inclusion and is part of our commitment to becoming a borough of equity and justice.

  4. Lambeth Together’s brand new electric Health and Wellbeing Bus hits the streets of Brixton for the first time. The new bus replaces the older diesel bus with updated features and better accessibility and is now good for the planet. 

    The new electric bus will replace our existing diesel lease bus and include all the facilities of the diesel model, plus full wheelchair access, a solar panel on the roof to power equipment and messaging about air quality and sustainability.
