  1. We’re pleased to consult on a draft strategic sexual and reproductive health and HIV strategy for 2025-2030, which sets out key priorities to strengthen sexual and reproductive health services across south east London.

    The new joint strategy sets out the priorities and goals for improving sexual health and wellbeing across the five boroughs with a focus on prevention and reducing health inequalities.

We’re pleased to share that, at the first ever South East London ICS Equalities Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Conference & Awards on Tuesday 4 March, the  Sickle Cell Support Project led by the Cost of Living Team at Lambeth Council was given an Innovation in Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion Award.

  4. London’s newest blood donor centre has opened in the heart of Brixton, encouraging more south east London donors, especially from Black African and Caribbean backgrounds, to come forward.

    Developed by NHS Blood and Transplant in collaboration with community leaders, local businesses and residents, and located on the main shopping artery, Brixton’s first-ever permanent blood donor centre has been designed to welcome the local community and make donating as easy as possible.
