Community health and wellbeing days are taking place across Lambeth this half-term. Running from 12 to 19 February, the local events offer residents an opportunity to access health and wellbeing information and support closer to home.
Throughout the week, the walk-in events enable individuals and families to speak to professionals regarding their health, wellbeing, and financial support needs.
Lambeth’s great collaborative efforts continued with a pop-up clinic at the KN centre (Stockwell Mosque) on Saturday 1 May that saw 187 local people coming forward for their first COVID-19 vaccination, boosting Lambeth numbers and improving access for hesitant populations to this life-saving protection.
Three COVID vaccination sites in Lambeth opened their doors with no appointment needed last week – providing much needed protection to the local community.
Over 520 people were vaccinated in Lambeth at these clinics last week.
