Supporting people to understand how their medicines work

This is part of Lambeth Together and NHS South East London’s drive to support people to understand how their medicines work, how multiple medicines might interact with one another, and to inform them about medicines reviews and how to access them.

  3. Local people can take part in consultations, surveys, and discussions to influence and support Lambeth’s health and care provision on an innovative online ‘engagement platform’ Let’s Talk Health and Care South East London (letstalkhealthandcareselondon.org).

The Lambeth Together hub is a place to go to see and sign up for opportunities for engagement from different Lambeth Together partners, linked to priorities set out in ‘Our health, Our Lambeth’ Health and Care Plan 2023-2028.

  4. Last month with funding from Lambeth Together and Lambeth Council’s Community Connections Fund, Thriving Stockwell (a neighbourhood level partner for Lambeth Together) launched Community Living Room health and wellbeing activities in Lambeth.
