    Community health and social care teams are frequently supporting the same individual at home and should be able to contact each other easily in order to improve the service they are jointly providing.

    The Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing Alliance, one of Lambeth Together’s four workstreams, are now recruiting community members to join us.

    We are looking for people living in Lambeth, who have experience of using its health and care services, to help the Lambeth Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing Alliance.

  4. Jane Stopher has been appointed as our new Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Programme Director.

    Jane’s role will be to develop local partnerships in preparation for the launch of our second Lambeth Together Alliance – the Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Alliance.

    Jane has extensive experience of leading cross-organisational change, most recently as Chair of North Lambeth Local Care Network (and part of the Lambeth Together team), within the GSTT Adult Local Services Programme and previously as Director of the Diabetes Modernisation Initiative.
