Lambeth Together has unveiled its Health and Wellbeing Bus to help protect communities from Covid-19 this summer. The specially adapted bus will be deployed to different parts of the borough to provide health and wellbeing advice and support, improving access for residents near their homes.
The Lambeth Carers Card is a new initiative that has been designed to connect unpaid carers to helpful information and resources. Many of these carers still don’t know that help is available, so please share this information and help us spread the word!
The Lambeth Advance Care Planning Consortium (ACP) offers free, one-to-one support to help people make an advance care plan.
Lambeth ACP Consortium have a number of virtual sessions organised for local residents who want to know more about advance care planning across 10-16 May 2021.
