  1. People living with chronic pain in Lambeth are set to benefit from a major expansion of a pioneering community-based programme, thanks to new funding from King’s Health Partners, secured in August 2025.

    The Pain: Equality of Care and Support in the Community (PEACS) programme, developed by Lambeth Together’s Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance (NWDA), has been working with residents, clinicians and voluntary sector partners to co-design a new approach to chronic pain.

  2. Lambeth’s fourth ‘Inspire’ Black communities health and wellbeing day drew over 450 people to St Mark’s Church in Kennington on Saturday 25 October. This popular event takes place annually during Black History Month, and connects individuals with advice, information and support to take charge of their health, and interact with vital services in a community setting.

  3. On 22 October, Lambeth Council, NHS South East London, and The Bridge at Waterloo hosted a borough-wide event bringing together creative practitioners, health professionals, and community organisations. Attendees had the opportunity to share ideas, build connections, and celebrate the role of creativity in supporting health and wellbeing.

  4. Healthwatch Lambeth is inviting people who live in Lambeth, use a Lambeth-based GP surgery, or care for someone in the borough to share their views on how local health and care services should evolve.
