Healthwatch Lambeth is encouraging local residents to take part in a new national survey about hospital discharge experiences. They’re looking for people who have had a difficult experience leaving hospital in the last 12 months, or who have supported someone through the discharge process.
The 2026 Lambeth Carers Awards are open for nominations until 20 July. Local people are encouraged to nominate exceptional individuals who care for others in the community.
The awards recognise the huge contributions made by both unpaid and professional carers in Lambeth.

It highlights how food insecurity in Lambeth is not just about hunger but also about access to food that supports health, dignity, and community.
