    The HSJ Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across the UK healthcare system, and this year’s recognition shines a spotlight on the innovative work of the Patch CCN team in Lambeth and Southwark.

Two of our partners took home awards, while several others were highly commended for their innovative work to improve health outcomes in Lambeth, south east London and beyond.

  3. London’s first Smokefree Pregnancy Week highlights the health harms of smoking when pregnant and access to quit support. The London Smokefree Pregnancy Week (#LDNSmokefreepreg) is an awareness campaign running from 18 – 22 November, aimed at both pregnant women smokers and healthcare professionals to raise awareness of the issue in London and to give support and signposting to advice.

  4. Carer’s Hub Lambeth is marking Carer’s Rights Day on Thursday, 21 November, with a special evening event dedicated to supporting and celebrating local carers. This event is designed to provide both practical support and an opportunity for carers to connect with others in a friendly and supportive environment.
