Our Clinical Leads are involved in developing improved, more personalised and more joined up ways of supporting people and delivering care across hospitals, GP surgeries, care homes, community settings and in people’s homes.
Within their specialist area, each Clinical Lead collaborates with colleagues across different health and care disciplines and with patients and communities to share learning, to innovate and to drive improvements that draw on their own direct experience and on the lived experience of people and our communities.
